Day 3 and 4 - Pan Ohio

When one get used to it, 4 days of cycling is not as hard as it might sound. Doing +75 miles / 120 km 4 days in a row, that is. After the first day the body says "What !", the 2nd day it says "You got to be kidding me ! I thought I told you after yesterday that this was not a good idea". 3rd day: "Really !, well well, if you insist". 4th day: "Oh, I see, I'm kinda getting used to this...is the embedded aluminium device with wheels a permanent part of me now ?". 5th day (cycling is now over), at around 9 in the morning : "Isn't it something we forgot to do today ? I seem to have lost the aluminium part of myself....".

With proper nutrition and some fermented, hop flavored, malt sugared, liquids and pizza added, even the untrained human body can continue doing this type of activity for a long time. It is probably nothing compared to the hard farmwork and labour most of our forefathers did in any case. They didn't even have pizza, air-conditioned rooms or EPO. Fermented, hop flavored, malt sugared, liquids were however plentyful I have been told.

It's definitely something all thress of us (bicycle, butt and me) will do again, especially as certain bodyparts is blessed with short term memory.
