Oops I did it again. MS150 for the 4th time, this time with tail wind. This year I was not as well prepared as earlier, but I was prepared enough. I have learned though that many small 10 miles rides (my commute in 2009/2010) works better than a few long ones.
The best experience this year was the dinner at Lupe's Tortillas when back in Houston....
